Accommodation
- I will be checking in late. Will this be a problem?
- You can check in until 2:00am.

- Can I check in earlier?
- This would depend on the room availability of the day before. Please contact us by telephone for more information.
- Please present the guest's passport.
- If staying for a number of consecutive nights, can I decline to have my room cleaned?

- How much is the room cost for children?
- For children, it is ¥1,000 per child (incl. tax).
- Can my small child sleep with me in the same bed?
- Yes.
The bed sizes are: single 90cm×200cm, double 145cm×200cm.

- Can I adjust the air conditioning in the room?
- Yes, each room has its own air conditioning. Please feel to adjust it as you wish.
- Do the rooms have refrigerators?
- Yes, each room has its own refrigerator. Please feel free to use it as you wish.
- Can I borrow a stroller?
- Unfortunately, we do not lend out strollers.
- Can I borrow a wheelchair?
- Unfortunately, we do not lend out strollers.
Breakfast
- Can I eat breakfast in the room?
- Unfortunately, breakfast may only be eaten in the restaurant.
- Can I book an accommodation plan only, and then add breakfast later on?
- Yes, please let a member of staff know.
- Can I just have breakfast without staying at the hotel?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast-only plans.

- Could you store my luggage at around check-in time?

- What should I do if there are no parking spaces available?
- We will provide you with information about nearby coin parking lots and municipal parking lots.
